* All deposits are per person based on double occupancy. Cancellation penalties are per person.

Name Change Policy

A name change fee of $150 will be charged for each name changed. Name changes may not be allowed
within 45 days of the scheduled departure.

Trip Insurance

We strongly recommend trip insurance. You may use any vendor you wish, however, for your
convenience, Bear Escapes LLC has contracted with CSA to provide you this service. Click here if you
would like to purchase travel cancellation insurance through CSA.

Privacy Policy

Bear Escapes LLC fully respects your privacy and will only use your information to service your vacation
needs. We do not sell or give this information to any other third parties.

Whenever making a reservation in your name, we forward any required information on to the Hotels.
Airlines and Event Coordinators. We do not sell or give this information to any other third parties.

As Bear Escapes LLC respects your privacy, this privacy statement may be modified from time to time to
properly reflect all business practices.

Travel Documents

Proof of citizenship and photo identification will be required for your travel. Beginning December 31,
2005, all travel outside of the United States will require a passport to enter or re-enter the United States.
If you do not have a valid passport, you will need to obtain one for your travel. For assistance with
passport procurement, please visit the State Department website, www.travel.state.gov, or call the
National Passport Information Center toll free at 1-877-874-7793. (Non-US citizens should check with
their local consulate to determine what documents will be required for travel.) The first and last names
on your reservation and/or invoice must match your passport. You are solely responsible for ensuring
compliance with all applicable governmental regulations and requirements, including Customs and
Immigration requirements, at all destination points. You are responsible for, and release Bear Escapes
LLC from any and all liability regarding, compliance with passport, visa, vaccination or other entry/exit
requirements and payment of any charges, fees, duties, taxes or assessments related to your travel or
your use of this Web Site.

Bear Escapes LLC reserves the right to issue all ticketing as e-ticketing. With e-ticketing, you simply
present proper identification at the airport, along with your confirmation number, to receive your
boarding tickets. Tickets will be issued 30 days prior to departure.

Deposits and Payment Plans

$150.00 Due at time of booking
(unless other wise stated on tour page)
$250.00 Due 120 days before Departure
50% of price Due 90 days before Departure
100% Due 45 days before Departure

Tours departing in 120 days or less do not have the $150.00 Deposit.

Payments can be made at anytime and in amounts no less than $250.00

There are no exceptions to the above requirements. If these requirements are not met you may forfeit
all monies paid into tour including deposit.

Payments

Payments by Credit Card will be refunded to the same card.
Payments by Check, Cash or Money Order will be refunded by Cashiers Check
(allow up to 30 days for refund by cashiers check)

If paying by credit card all payments will be charged to the same card given for the first deposit unless
Bear Escapes LLC is notified in writing at least seven days prior to the payment due date.

Quality Guarantee

Bear Escapes LLC offers the best accommodations, tours, transportation and service. We reserve the
right to make changes to any accommodation, tour, transportation or service in our itineraries. However,
should Bear Escapes LLC need to substitute any accommodation, tour, transportation or service, we will
provide you with a comparable alternative in time, price and quality.

Price Guarantee

Tour prices are guaranteed once Bear Escapes LLC receives your first deposit. However, in the unlikely
event of a substantial increase in operating costs, fuel costs, tariffs or taxes prior to the vacation, we
reserve the right to add a surcharge, not to exceed 5% of the cost per person. All assessed government
or quasi-government fees and taxes are subject to change without notice at any time, and we reserve
the right to add a surcharge for these fees and taxes whether you have a confirmed booking under
deposit or have made final payment.)

Should any Government charges change between now and the time of travel we reserve the
right to adjust the package accordingly. All prices are subject to change until your deposit is
received and reservation is confirmed by Bear Escapes LLC..
